Laser Change Name: Photoshopping is the Easy Part

As we predicted, the Laser class is changing the name of the Laser to the "ILCA."

Contrary to what is implicitly suggested in the ILCA (class) media release, it is NOT just a consequence of the decertification of LaserPerformance as a builder. The name change was planned well before.
