Calls for Resignations at the International Laser Class Association
With growing discontent in Europe about the leadership of the International Laser Class Association (ILCA), here is a first call for resignations, of both the President Tracy Usher and the Executive Secretary Eric Faust, by the Italian Laser class, which is one of the largest in the world.
The letter also mentions that there are now issues of non-availability / shortages of new Lasers - with the decertification of LaserPerformance, which was producing over 80% of the world's production of Lasers. Lots of the Australian production appears to be geared towards the 2020 Worlds, to be held in Australia.
While the letter is not dated, it was posted today, May 6 2019, on the Facebook page of the Italian Laser class.
